LifeLearn will deliver a complete mobile learning ecosystem for 186,000 teachers and 32,000,000 pupils in Indonesia. Contract with AGPAII was signed today.
LifeLearn is both proud and humbled to sign an agreement with AGPAII, a large Indonesian teachers’ association operating under the Ministry of Religious affairs.
Lifelearn has signed an exclusive 5 year contract with AGPAII to deliver the LifeLearn Platform to 186,000 AGPAII member teachers and 32,000,000 pupils across Indonesia. LifeLearn will provide online learning communities, eCommerce, teacher training, and pedagogical support to reform education practices together with AGPAII both nationally and internationally.
LifeLearn is a mobile-first learning community service designed and developed in Finland, built on top of Finnish pedagogy, the latest science on learning and cutting edge teaching practices. It includes an eCommerce platform for schools, teachers, pupils, parents, and other stakeholders to purchase study materials, teacher training, and other products.
The contract was signed at the signing ceremony which took place on the 2nd of December 2017 in Surabaya, Indonesia, between Mr. Mahnan Marbawi, Secretary General of AGPAII and Mr. Allan Schneitz, Director of LifeLearn Indonesia. Also present were the Indonesian Minister of Religious Affairs Mr. Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, LifeLearn CEO Mr. Jussi Hurmola, and the Finnish Ambassador to Indonesia, H.E. Päivi Hiltunen-Toivio.
LifeLearn is the single platform providing the user database, learning tools, skills development and certification, social media communication and eCommerce for elementary schools and junior and senior high schools within AGPAII.
